Ordering
Ordering from Paws Club is simple. Browse the shop, add what your pet loves to your bag, and check out — paying with your membership credits, a card, or both.
How to place an order
Add items to your bag from any product page, open the cart, and proceed to checkout. You can shop as a guest, but signing in unlocks member pricing and lets you pay with your stored credits.
Paying with credits
Members can apply their Paws Club credits at checkout. Credits are used first, and anything above your balance can be paid by card. Your member discount is applied automatically the moment you're signed in.
Order confirmation
Once your order is placed you'll see a confirmation with your order number, and a receipt is saved to your dashboard under Recent Orders. We'll email you when it ships.
Changing or cancelling an order
Need to make a change? WhatsApp us on 8821 2070 or email alex@pawsclub.sg as soon as possible — we can usually amend or cancel orders before they're packed.
