Delivery
We deliver across Singapore ourselves — no third-party couriers handling your pet's order. Choose standard, express or next-day at checkout.
Standard delivery
For Paws Club members, standard delivery is free on orders over S$50.00, otherwise S$5.00. For non-members, it's free on orders over S$100.00, otherwise S$5.00. Deliveries go out Monday to Saturday, 9am – 9pm. Because we deliver everything ourselves, timings vary with the day's route — we'll be in touch to arrange a time that suits you.
Express delivery (1–2 days)
Available on orders of S$50.00 or more. S$5.00 for members, S$10.00 for non-members — arrives within 1–2 days of ordering.
Next-day delivery
Available on orders of S$50.00 or more, when ordered before 1pm, Monday to Thursday. S$10.00 for members, S$15.00 for non-members — arrives the next day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on a Friday, or over the weekend fall back to standard or express.
Paying for delivery
Members can pay for any of these delivery options with their credits, just like the products themselves.
Delivered by our own team
Every order is packed and delivered by the Paws Club team, so we can keep an eye on the cold items, the heavy bags and anything fragile. We deliver to residential and commercial addresses across mainland Singapore.
Delivery instructions
Add anything we should know at checkout — a gate code, a preferred drop-off spot, or to leave it with the concierge. Please include your unit number so we can find you.
Following your order
You can see your order status any time from your account dashboard. If you need to change an address, rearrange a delivery, or ask where your order is, WhatsApp us on 8821 2070 — we're around 10am – 10pm, Monday to Saturday.
